Founders and Principals

  • Direct Care Resources was founded in 1998 by Dr Waynne Videroni and Aaron McCarty. In 2023, Dr Waynne Videroni formally retired from Direct Care Resources and transitioned to Board Member and Non-Executive Director.

    After Waynne’s retirement, David Videroni was appointed as a Principal of Direct Care Resources.

Leadership Team

  • Administration

    Ensures the efficient performance of all departments and acts as a connecting link between employees.

  • Business Support Coordinators

    Responsible for providing high quality business support and assistance to the Case Management team as well as the Executive Manager (Care Policy and Practice) in relation to client care, resource management, and administrative matters associated with the cost-effective operation of the business.

  • Executive Services

    Provides high level managerial, administrative, allied support and assistance to the Principals.

  • Finance

    Responsible for acquiring, managing, and planning for the expenditure of the organisation’s funds.

  • Information and Communications Technology

    Works with key stakeholders to assess business objectives and priorities to ensure with strategic direction.

    Provides support for information systems and hardware as well as delivering hands on technical advice to office staff and support workers.

  • Managers (Clinical Care)

    All Managers (Clinical Care) are responsible for managing a caseload of Child Safety and Disability Support clients while providing professional care management advice and support to the Principals and members of the Care Operations Team to ensure that the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of professional care practices across assigned DCR care facilities reflect recognized and relevant professional standards.

  • Property Team

    Responsible for ensuring Workplace Health and Safety legislative requirements in DCR’s accommodations are met and undertaking allocated projects and tasks associated with the effective operation of DCR’s residences.

  • Support Workers

    Responsible directly for the provision of high quality personal care, supervision, and related services to clients.

    All Support Workers who are registered with DCR are casual employees and therefore are not assigned to one specific client. As a result, DCR will maintain effective communication between the Executive Care Team, rostering and scheduling team, and Support Workers to ensure staff understand upcoming shift opportunities and availability.

  • Workforce Management

    Responsible for managing the employee life cycle such as recruitment, onboarding, training, attraction, and retention to achieve organisation goals.

  • Principal Clinicians

    Provide high-quality, professional clinical and care management advice and assistance to the Executive Manager and Director (Care Operations) in relation to NDIS and Behaviour Support policies and procedures.

    Provide professional advice to Managers (Clinical Care) and Business Support Coordinators, and assist with coordination, planning, and implementation of care for disability and child safety clients assigned to DCR.

    Provide high-quality, professional clinical care management advice and assistance to the Director (Care Operations) in relation to care and related business practice and compliance policies and procedures.
