With over 350 support and head office staff, we provide Supported Independent Living, Community Participation and Child Protection to 130+ clients through our tried-and-tested model of care.
Founded in 1998 by Dr. Waynne Videroni and Aaron McCarty.
Over the past decade, substantial changes have occurred in the fabric of the human service industry due to increasing demand by government funding agencies, client groups, and the community for higher service quality standards.
The establishment of Direct Care Resources (DCR) in 1998 resulted from a strong personal commitment by the Principals to provide a range of professional services, including personal care, respite, and medium and long-term accommodation support.
Direct Care Resources is a privately-owned organisation delivering direct supports in residences across the regions of Brisbane, Logan, Scenic Rim, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Redland, Townsville, Cairns, Mackay and Rockhampton.
