About Us

Founded by Dr Waynne Videroni and Aaron McCarty in 1998

Commencing with only 5 care staff in 1998, Direct Care Resources has since grown to provide care services right across the general disability and forensic care sectors and in the areas of child protection and youth justice in Queensland’s South East.  We now provide care in  90 residences located in the northern and southern suburbs of Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast as well as in Ipswich and Toowoomba. Now operating with over 200 care and managerial staff, we provide full-time residential care and accommodation support services together with community access, respite care and lifestyle development programs to over 120 clients.

As Direct Care Resources (DCR) has continued to grow, we have also diversified our business portfolio to include commercial interests in property, digital media and motion film development.

Direct Care Resources is an approved Business Name (Registration No BN7106063) registered with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. The parties trading as Direct Care Resources are Corporate Development Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 064 288 274) and Wapdas Pty Ltd (ACN 085 014 633).
