Commencing with only 5 care staff in 1998, Direct Care Resources has since grown to provide care services right across the disability, child protection and youth justice sectors in Queensland’s South East. We now provide care in nearly 70 residences located in the northern and southern suburbs of Brisbane, the Gold Coast, as well as in Ipswich and Toowoomba. Now operating with over 180 care and managerial staff, we provide full-time residential care, respite services and lifestyle support to over 100 clients.
As Direct Care Resources (DCR) has continued to grow, we have also diversified our business portfolio to include commercial interests in property, digital media and feature film development.
Direct Care Resources is an approved Business Name (Registration No BN7106063) registered with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. The parties trading as Direct Care Resources are Corporate Development Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 064 288 274) and Wapdas Pty Ltd (ACN 085 014 633).

Our Joint Board of Management meets biannually to review the strategic and commercial direction of Direct Care Resources. Over the next few years, the Board plans on expanding the business nationally with a long term vision of commencing operations offshore.
